The Scholarship Program was established as a way to promote and develop
new dancers, musicians, leaders, and organizers for the Midwest Morris Ale.
It is a way for the community to encourage attendance and participation,
regardless of someone's financial situation.

feel you are financially unable to attend the Ale, or need some help with
transportation costs in order to attend, please

After providing the requested information, click the link at the top of the
form and the information (not the actual form) will be
emailed to a member of the Board of Directors. If you prefer to print out the
form, mailing instructions are included at the bottom of the form.
Once all forms from applicants have been received, the Board of
Directors, along with the Ale Czar, will determine how much assistance can
be given. You will be notified before the Ale fees are due from each team.
Please keep in mind that the Ale is a community event, and everyone benefits from
having as many of our members in attendance as possible. To this end, we
expect that your own team may also be able to assist individuals in attending
this annual event. Please consult with your team Squire to see if your team,
as a whole, can assist you in any way.
The identity of those who apply will be
held in the strictest of confidence, and will not be made public by anyone
associated with the application.
